For managers, VRent provides unmatched remote access and control from any internet-connected device. Whether using a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, managers can efficiently oversee locker systems with streamlined support, reporting, and oversight features.
Additionally, VRent includes multi-level security settings, offering role-based access for staff members from administrators to attendants. This functionality enables support staff to assist customers from any terminal, making VRent a flexible and secure choice for managing small lockers in busy environments.

Lockers are paid for in advance or at the end of the hire period, depending on the pricing scheme. Customers overstaying the paid hire period will have to pay an excess payment when finishing the hire. At no time are hired lockers automatically opened when the hire period expires.

Management Access and Features

Terminals and locker systems are fully accessible either locally or via the
Internet for the purposes of management, support, and reporting. -
Use a laptop, smart phone, or online tablet to manage locker systems,
either from within the locker location or anywhere in the world. -
All lockers can be managed and controlled by any terminal, so locker
attendants or support staff can assist customers from the nearest terminal.
Manager login is via PIN code, magnetic swipe card or RFID staff card. Multiple
security levels exist, allowing different staff to have access only to approved
functions. Security levels include administrator, technician, and attendant.
